Projecturf allows you to create links from within the document section to any of your Google docs for simple integration. To link to a Google document, click “Or, Link to an existing file by entering the URL” when adding a file and input the link (as seen in the screenshot below). When adding the link, you can create a title, start a discussion, add it to a folder, and set permissions. You can also add links to other files using the same process if you have them on a server. This is a simple way to keep your files centralized within your project management app for all users on the project when the documents reside on Google Docs.
As seen here, we have also created a unique icon to quickly identify your Google docs.
