In the Timecard section, you can now add fixed expenses along with individual time entries. These expenses can also be associated with a task or ticket similar to how your time entries are attached to tasks and tickets. This allows you to track and monitor all project expenses in one place and compare these expenses to your project budgets. Just select expense from the drop-down menu under Type to add a fixed expense.
Another enhancement just released is the ability to quickly filter the Timecards by date. This option is available from the global and project Timecard sections. You can easily view costs for a particular month or week and export the data based on the filters you set. To view a specific time period, click the filter option on the gray bar and select the date range.
