The best part about Projecturf is that it was designed with the end-user in mind and therefore getting up and running with your entire team only takes minutes. Getting started using Projecturf with your team by creating projects and adding contacts is all it takes. We understand your time is valuable and therefore we focus our efforts on designing simple software that can be used by anyone. Adding new items such as a task is as simple as clicking on the Tasks section and then clicking the plus button and typing in your task. Our philosophy has always been to keep it simple and intuitive for any type of user as evident by the UI design, even when having lots of functionality. When it comes to setting up and customizing your account, user permissions, or project settings, we offer short video tutorials and a full help center as described below.
That’s it! To start getting organized and collaborating on projects, simply assign users to projects so they can begin utilizing all the tools such as Calendars, Tasks, Documents, and Whiteboards. This will help quickly get you and your team on track and focused on getting things done. You can also customize your account with your logo and colors, make changes to the project settings such as setting a due date for the project, and set permissions from the project settings for each of the user types.
We also offer instructional videos and documentation including a full support center, a demo video, training videos, and an infographic explaining how permissions work. The support center covers all sections and offers screenshots with each topic. I’ve also included several training videos for those who prefer videos over reading about a specific topic.
