Create Multiple Tasks Quickly

When you have multiple tasks to assign, reducing the number of clicks saves a lot of time. Instead of reopening the add new panel each time you add a task, you can simply use the add another option. After entering the details for the first task, click add another and the form clears for you to add another task. This way, you can add as many as you need quickly.


Once you add the first task, all you need to do add the new task descriptions. If you are assigning tasks to the same users, then simply input the new task description and click add another. You also have the option to change any of the other parameters such as the priority, responsibility, and due date. This feature is available in all sections of your project management system to make adding new items as efficient as possible.
