Assigning and Tracking Tickets in Your Project Management App

When assigning new tickets in Projecturf, simply click the plus button on the navigation bar and start typing the description, assign a user, and add a screenshot. Once it’s posted, Projecturf automatically assigns a ticket number for tracking the ticket. An example is shown here:


Since each project has it’s own set of tickets, this makes it easy to quickly identify specific tickets in your project management tool. Ticket numbers are assigned in sequential order and ticket numbers do not change even if another one is deleted. This makes it easy to find your tickets both the project Tickets section and the Global Tickets section, which shows your tickets across all projects.
